Michelle and Andrew had a New Orleans wedding on the sunny day of September 28th, 2019. We started the morning getting ready at Hotel Peter and Paul where I photographed details including a photograph of Michelle’s grandparents and a beautiful watch that belonged to her grandma. After everyone got dressed (and we drank a bit of champaign!) we headed to the New Orleans City Park Botanical Gardens. Everyone was buzzing around getting together the final details while Michelle and Andrew had a first look in one of the conservatories. Surrounded my the lush green, the couple took a moment alone for portraits before rejoining to the party.

The ceremony was officiated by a friend, and personal vows were read. Everyone watched with misty eyes and Michelle and Andrew decided that this is forever. After the ceremony, The reception erupted with a 90s cover band and EVERYONE singing along to every word. No-doubt, blink 182, Fastball, all of the classic songs of the 90s and early 00s were played. The reception ended with a glow stick exit. I don’t think anyone will ever forget this party!

Words from Michelle:

Tia did an absolutely amazing job as our wedding photographer! I can’t recommend her enough! She did a great job capturing all of the candid moments of our reception as well as a beautiful first look and family/bridal party portraits. She was so friendly and helpful with all of my questions before the wedding and is extremely professional and organized. The whole entire process was a breeze thanks to Tia and the photos are gorgeous. Tia is awesome!!
